Real estate data startup Localize.city announced Wednesday it has partnered with New York-based real estate technology companies and brokerage firms to integrate technology by Localize.city into their websites. These partners include cloud-based apartment hunting software developer Nestio Inc., real estate listing platform RealtyMX, brokerage company LG Fairmont, Inc., and real estate listing platform Igluu. Localize.city, which uses AI algorithms to collect and analyzes data from thousands of public, commercial, and proprietary databases to offer real estate insights, completed an $8 million funding round in May. The company was founded in 2016 as the U.S. subsidiary of Israel-based urban data company Madlan, and launched its New York pilot earlier this year. The company employs a team of 110 people, 90 of whom at a Tel Aviv research and development center and 20 in its New York City offices.
