Auto Part Manufacturer Faurecia Announces Collaboration With Israeli Sensor Developer Vayyar
The French auto part manufacturer will incorporate Vayyar’s in-car 3D imaging sensors into its future automotive “Cockpit”

French auto part manufacturer Faurecia and Israel-based 3D imaging sensor company Vayyar Imaging Ltd. announced a collaboration on Tuesday. In a statement, the companies said that Vayyar’s in-car sensors will be incorporated into Faurecia’s future automotive “Cockpit.” Vayyar and Faurecia showcased the jointly developed cockpit with a live demo during the Paris Motor Show on Wednesday.

The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the collaboration or a timeline for when the Vayyar-backed automotive cockpits will be introduced to the market.
