Cybersecurity Startup Alcide Raises $7 Million

Alcide’s cloud security platform provides DevOps, security, and engineering teams with simplified tools to manage and protect data centers against cyber attacks

Tel Aviv-headquartered cybersecurity startup Alcide.IO Ltd. announced Tuesday it the completion of a $7 million series A round led by CE Ventures (CEIIF). Existing investors Intel Capital and Tel Aviv-based technology holding company Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. also participated. To date, Alcide has raised $12 million.

 

Founded in 2016 by Ranny Nachmias and Gadi Naor, Alcide develops a cloud security platform designed to provide DevOps, security, and engineering teams with simplified tools to manage and protect data centers against cyber attacks.
