Radware Buys Indian Bot Management Company ShieldSquare

Nasdaq-listed Radware said the acquisition will grow its cloud security portfolio

Nasdaq-listed information security company Radware Ltd. announced Monday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bengaluru, India-headquartered bot management company ShieldSquare, listed as Kaalbi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The deal is expected to close during the first quarter of 2019, Radware said, leaving out any financial details. With the acquisition, Radware aims to expand the company’s portfolio with bot management solutions, Radware CEO Roy Zisapel said in a statement.
