Israeli Health Logistics Company Novolog Acquires Appointment Booking Company Odoro
The deal will be carried out through Novolog subsidiary Infomed, which operates a digital platform offering medical information and services to 1 million monthly users
Novolog CEO Eran Taus told Calcalist Monday that as part of the deal, Infomed will gain exclusive rights to use Odoro’s assets in Israel, which includes several dedicated websites and thousands of active users. The digital appointment-booking service will complete the services Infomed offers its clients, Taus said.
Novolog offers logistics services to medical establishments such as pharmacies and hospitals. Its subsidiary, Infomed, operates a digital platform offering medical information and services to patients and doctors, reporting 1 million users per month.
