Predictive Care Startup Clew Raises $10 Million

Clew develops an artificial intelligence-based analytics service and mobile app used for the early detection of life-threatening complications in patients in intensive care units

Predictive care startup Clew Medical Ltd. has raised $10 million in a series B funding round, the company announced Wednesday. The round was led by Israeli venture capital firm Pitango Venture Capital with participation from French healthcare risk management firm Relyens and existing investors Agate Medical Investments and German healthcare chain Rhön-Klinikum AG.

 

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in coastal Israeli town Netanya, Clew develops an artificial intelligence-based analytics service and mobile app used for the early detection of life-threatening complications in patients in intensive care units. The company has raised $20 million to date, according to the company’s statement.
