U.S. company Resolve Systems has announced its acquisition of Israeli company Ayehu, which has developed a leading no-code intelligent IT automation platform. According to Resolve, the combination will create a solution that supports customers throughout their IT automation journeys. The price paid for Ayehu wasn't revealed by the companies, but it is estimated to be in the tens of millions of dollars. Ayehu's 40 employees will all be integrated into Resolve's workforce. Ayehu was founded in 2007 and has raised $6 million to date, including from Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV).

By combining insights from artificial intelligence with cross-domain automation, Resolve handles a wide array of IT operations – from dependency mapping, event correlation, and predictive analytics to intelligently automating actions based on those findings. IT teams currently face tremendous pressure to keep critical services and applications running at a much greater capacity as people continue voraciously consuming digital services. With Ayehu's no code SaaS offering, the Resolve Actions hyperautomation product line enables IT operations teams to deploy automation quickly and easily with out-of-the-box capabilities for the fastest time to value, while continuing to support customization for the most complex and unique environments.
