Nasdaq-listed SolarEdge Technologies Inc. has completed a $11.5 million (NIS 41 million) acquisition of the assets of Gamatronic Electronic Industries Ltd., Gamatronic announced Monday in a filing to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
