German Co-Working Company Rent24 to Open Second Tel Aviv Location

Rent24 has signed a lease for a 2,200-square-meter space on the 24 and 25 floors of the Discount Tower in Tel Aviv

Rent24 GmbH, a Germany-based coworking space provider, will open a second Tel Aviv location next year, according to the company website. According to a statement published by the company, Rent24 has signed a lease for a 2,200-square-meter space on the 24 and 25 floors of the Discount Tower on Yehuda Halevy Street in southern Tel Aviv. The building is jointly owned by Pendom Levinstein and Discount Bank, and is estimated to cost $350 (NIS 1300) per square meter, or a total of $770,000 (NIS 2.8 million) per year.

 

In April, Calcalist reported that the German real estate company has signed a lease for a location on Tel Aviv’s Kaplan Street, spanning ​​2,000 square meters and featuring a large, rooftop terrace. Calcalist reported that the company was planning to open up to seven new locations in Israel by the end of the year.

 

Founded in 2015, Rent24 operates about 50 locations worldwide, and aims to have around 150 locations by the end of 2019.
