Stealth mode talent acquisition startup Stellar A.I. Inc., operating as Stellares, has closed a $3.5 million dollar Seed round led by Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP), the company announced Tuesday.

Stellares develops an artificial intelligence-based algorithm that operates as a recruitment platform that matches the personal and professional goals of individuals with potential employers. Initially, Stellares is focusing on the U.S. engineering market.

The company’s algorithm scans and analyzes the digital footprint of both employers and employment seekers, and matches them based on various commonalities including hobbies, relevant commute time, and policies such as bringing pets to the workplace.

 

Stellares was founded in 2016 and has offices in San Francisco and Tel Aviv.
