Levy was CEO of Apartment for Rent since its founding in 2014 as part of a plan by former Israeli Minister of Finance Yair Lapid to build thousands of new housing units to be offered to long-term tenants.
When current Minister of Finance Moshe Kahlon took office in May 2015, he decided to switch the ministry’s focus to a new plan that has seen thousands of low-priced housing units sold.

Levy resigned from his position at Apartment for Rent last week.
