WeWork Backs Realty Startup Jones in $4.6 Million Round

Jones develops a software service that handles liability insurance management for the commercial real estate industry

New York-based real estate insurance startup The Jones Agency Inc. has raised an additional $4.6 million as part of its seed-stage funding round, bringing the round to a total of $8 million, the company announced Thursday. The round was led by Tel Aviv and London-based Hetz Ventures, with participation from WeWork, MetaProp Ventures, GroundUp Ventures, and JLL Spark.

 

Founded in 2016 by Israeli entrepreneurs Omri Stern and Michael Rudman, Jones develops a software service that handles liability insurance management for the commercial real estate industry. The company employs a team of 25 in New York and Tel Aviv.
