Optimove Acquires Event Streaming Startup Axonite

Optimove provides data and analytics-based services for planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing customer marketing plans

Israeli data-based marketing company Optimove, incorporated as Mobius Solutions Ltd., has acquired Israeli event streaming startup Axonite Ltd., the former announced Thursday. While the company did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition, one person familiar with the matter who spoke to Calcalist on condition of anonymity placed the deal at several millions of dollars.

 

Founded in 2015 and based in the greater Tel Aviv metropolitan area, Axonite develops technology that assists with the process of creating, deploying, and streaming events. The company was previously bootstrapped.

 

Founded in 2009, Optimove provides data and analytics-based services for planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing customer marketing plans. The company employs over 220 people in its research and development center in Tel Aviv and in its New York and London Offices. The company has raised $20 million to date, according to Pitchbook data.
