“We actually created a product that is a virtual teacher that can not only show you how to dance and how to perform different dance moves but actually see you and see how you’re doing, and how you’re performing these moves and correct you accordingly,” explained Co-Founder and CEO of Woah Edutainment, Inbal Lavi. Using a blend of technology and social triggers, hopeful dancers can learn how to pivot and sway from the comfort of their own living rooms.

“It’s basically a virtual dance teacher only using your personal phone, nothing else required - no camera or special hardware. And it’s a truly interactive and fun and gamified experience.” According to Lavi, famous TikTok and YouTube influencers are helping teach or show users the dance moves, making it a social experience as well as a gaming one. In the future, Woah Edutainment will be adding collaborative dance challenges for friends and family members.
