Online Office Space Marketplace Hubble Hires Israeli Marketing Veteran
Before joining Hubble, Israeli-born Shachar Radin-Shomrat held executive marketing positions at Brussels-headquartered telecommunications company Voxbone and London-headquartered adtech company MyThings
London-based online flexible office space marketplace Hubble has hired Shachar Radin-Shomrat as chief marketing officer, Radin-Shomrat said in a phone interview with Calcalist Wednesday. Radin-Shomrat first announced her appointment last week in a LinkedIn post.
Before joining Hubble, Israeli-born Radin-Shomrat held executive marketing positions at Brussels-headquartered telecommunications company Voxbone SA and London-headquartered adtech company MyThings Inc.
Founded in 2014, Hubble, registered as Spacious Ltd., lets users compare offerings of shared office space to accommodate their business needs and book the space directly through its site. Companies can define a list of requirements and specifications for their desired space and get assistance from human advisors and negotiators to complete the deal. The company, which currently offers spaces in London and Manchester, intends to expand to traditional commercial real estate deals in the future, Radin-Shomrat said.
In January, Hubble announced a GBP 4 million (approximately $5.3 million) round led by JLL Spark, the real estate investment arm of investment management company Jones Lang LaSalle IP Inc. (JLL), bringing its total funding raised to GBP 6.4 million (approximately $7.7 million).
