Check Point acquiring Israeli cybersecurity startup Spectral for $60 million
Founded in 2020, Spectral’s developer-first approach to security focuses on code safety and trust, fast code scanning, and simple developer experience
Spectral was founded by Dotan Nahum (CEO), Idan Didi (COO), Uri Shamay (Chief Architect), and Lior Reuven (VP Engineering). Spectral employs 20 people and raised a $6 million Seed round last year.

Spectral’s solutions deploy in less than five minutes and fast code scanning delivers comprehensive and accurate results within seconds. The tools are used by developers from over 300 organizations worldwide.
