The American real-time database platform, which raised $109 million in Series E funding in April, began its operations in Israel in 2019, initially focusing on commercial activities and later establishing an R&D center

Aerospike, the American real-time database platform, is set to deepen its investment in its Israeli operations. This expansion includes a planned investment of tens of millions of dollars over the next three years and aims to double its local workforce to about 40 employees. This growth is part of Aerospike’s strategy to enhance its support for Israeli tech corporations, especially those integrating generative AI into their products and operations.
Aerospike announced a Series E funding round of $109 million led by Sumeru Equity Partners in April. Since its establishment in 2009 as a NoSQL database, the company has raised $197 million. Aerospike began its operations in Israel in 2019, initially focusing on commercial activities and later establishing an R&D center.
