Bright Data acquires eCommerce insights provider Market Beyond for tens of millions of dollars

The Israeli company is launching Bright Insights, a new division which will provide customers with a complete web data cycle, from collection through to analysis and actionable insights

Web data platform Bright Data announced on Monday the acquisition of eCommerce insights provider Market Beyond in a deal believed to be valued at tens of millions of dollars. With this acquisition, Bright Data adds digital shelf analytics to its data offerings, introducing its new division – Bright Insights.
Market Beyond’s team will join Bright Data’s workforce of over 400 employees. Through Bright Insights, leading retail brands, marketplaces and manufacturers will be able to gain quality, reliable web data as well as critical business insights from one place. This will allow prominent brands to create strategies based on quality-driven data insights and, in turn, optimize and advance their business performance.
