Wonderful adds $170 million secondary to $550 million round as revenue races toward $100 million

Investors purchased shares from Wonderful employees and early angel investors less than two years after the company's founding, in an unusually early liquidity event. The Israeli enterprise AI company has reached an estimated $70 million annual revenue run rate and expects to exceed $100 million by the end of 2026.

Israeli enterprise AI company Wonderful has reached an estimated annual revenue run rate of $70 million and is expected to surpass $100 million by the end of the year, as investor appetite for the two-year-old company extends beyond its latest $550 million funding round.
In addition to the $550 million that went into Wonderful's coffers in the latest financing, investors put another $170 million into a secondary transaction, purchasing shares from employees and angel investors who backed the company in its early days. The deal, at a $5 billion valuation, gives employees and early investors an opportunity to realize some of the value of their holdings less than two years after Wonderful was founded, an unusually short period for such a liquidity event.

In an exclusive conversation with Calcalist, Wonderful CEO and co-founder Bar Winkler said the company decided to return to investors because demand for its platform is growing rapidly around the world.
"We went out for another round of fundraising because there is a very high demand for what we do all over the world and the last thing we need now is to slow down and miss out on rapid growth," Winkler said. "More and more organizations are looking for a single system where they can build everything they need in AI and we make that possible."
Wonderful's customer base has also expanded beyond the company's earlier reported customers. In Israel, its customers now include Maccabi, Israel Electric Corporation, Bezeq, Bank Leumi and several credit card companies.
The breadth of those customers is significant because Wonderful is targeting organizations looking to deploy AI across multiple parts of their operations rather than relying on individual AI tools for isolated tasks. Its platform is designed to provide a common layer for building and managing AI applications and agents across an enterprise.
The company's growth comes less than two years after Winkler and CTO Roey Lalazar founded Wonderful in early 2025. The company initially focused on tools for developing AI agents but has since expanded its offering into what it describes as an operating system for enterprise AI.
Wonderful has already expanded into more than 35 markets and employs approximately 650 people, around half of them in Israel. Its Israeli development and implementation center is expected to triple over the coming year.
The latest financing was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Salesforce and existing investors including Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners. It brings Wonderful's total funding to more than $800 million.
Winkler said the company is focused on keeping up with demand rather than slowing its expansion.
"More and more organizations are looking for a single system where they can build everything they need in AI and we make that possible," he said.
