LaLiga and Colosseum Sport partner to promote sportstech in Israel

Colosseum's program will be launched under the name EXTRAMILE and will provide the entrepreneurs within it with an intensive program with leading mentors in the sports and tech industry

Colosseum Sports is launchimg a program to encourage initiatives and promote technologies in the fields of sportstech in Israel. Among its partners will be Spain's leading football league LaLiga.
Colosseum's program will be launched under the name EXTRAMILE and will provide the entrepreneurs within it with an intensive program with leading mentors in the sports and tech industry.

"LaLiga emphasizes the issue of entrepreneurship in all fields and encourages strong international ties with their ventures from around the world, Israel is a target country and Colosseum is a great partner," said Miguel Montoro, representative of LaLiga in Israel.
LaLiga applies technology in all its processes, from business decision-making to digital strategy and television broadcasting. In recent years, the organization has developed numerous technological solutions along these lines, culminating in the creation of its own technology company, LaLiga Tech, which from 2021 has managed all these products for LaLiga and other international clients. 
The founder of Colosseum Sports, Oren Simanian added: "Israel's position makes it a magnet for investors, government representatives and industry leaders in Israel and around the world. We believe that with the talents and creativity of the Israeli researchers, entrepreneurs and sports organizers, we will succeed in being a quality habitat for startups that will be at the forefront of international sports"
