Gong hits $500 million revenue run rate as AI demand accelerates

CEO Amit Bendov says the company could soon reach $1 billion in annual revenue.

Unicorn Gong announced on Tuesday that it has reached an annual recurring revenue (ARR) run rate of $500 million, after posting year-over-year growth of more than 55% in the last quarter. In a conversation with Calcalist, Amit Bendov, the company’s CEO and co-founder, said that if Gong maintains its current momentum, it could soon reach a $1 billion annual revenue run rate.
“Companies that didn’t want to hear about AI until a year ago are now actively demanding it,” Bendov said. “Large enterprises are currently signing agreements with us worth more than $1 million at a pace we hadn’t seen before.”

Bendov noted that while Gong is prepared for an IPO and is aiming toward one, the company has not yet set a target date. During the past two quarters, Gong added more customers with contracts worth over $1 million than it did during the previous six quarters combined.
The company said that half of the Fortune 10 companies are now among its customers, including Anthropic, Cisco, DocuSign, Google, ADP and Thomson Reuters.
According to Gong, Anthropic increased sales productivity by 64% and saved sales teams approximately 10 hours of work per week using the platform. Uber for Business improved response rates by 32% using Gong’s AI agents, while Canva increased salesperson productivity by 60%. Paycor, meanwhile, recorded a 141% increase in deal win rates.
Gong was founded in 2015 by Amit Bendov and Eilon Reshef. To date, the company has raised approximately $584 million. In 2021, Gong raised funding at a valuation of $7.25 billion. At the end of 2025, secondary transactions involving Gong shares were conducted at a valuation of $4.5 billion, although the company did not approve those transactions.
Gong currently employs around 1,700 people in Israel and worldwide and, according to Bendov, continues to hire despite the rapid adoption of AI technologies.
