RiseUp on how financial institutions can overcome static campaigns with better personalization
Ziv Tubin, Head of UK at RiseUp, spoke to CTech at Mind the Tech London 2025 about how fintechs and banks can leverage AI to deliver more, and better tailored, products based on personal insights.

“Your bank may see you as a young professional based on your age and income, but maybe they don't know that… you may be paying down your debt or starting a family, and they could help you in other ways. And so this is where open banking and AI comes in,” said Ziv Tubin, Head of UK at RiseUp, speaking to CTech at Mind the Tech London 2025.
RiseUp is a financial insights engine that works with fintechs and financial institutions to deliver personalized offers. Tubin noted that one of the main problems these institutions face today is that many remain limited by static campaigns and broad segmentations, often overlooking the individual circumstances of their customers. By contrast, “We use a combination of open banking and AI to identify customer signals… and trigger the right offer in real time,” he explained.
Looking ahead, Tubin said the companies that succeed will be those that “start early, are brave enough to focus on their existing customers… and offer them tailored products and services accordingly.”
As for RiseUp, he added: “We're seeing increasing demand here in the UK… and we also have our first design partners in the US. It's an enormous opportunity.”
