Nvidia backs Israeli AI unicorn Decart in $300 million funding round at $4 billion valuation
Amazon joins as a strategic customer as Decart expands its real-time AI infrastructure and world-model platform.
Artificial intelligence company Decart has raised $300 million at an estimated valuation of $4 billion, adding some of the world’s largest technology companies as both customers and investors.
The funding round was led by Radical Ventures and included participation from chip giant NVIDIA. Additional investors included eBay Ventures, Adobe Ventures, Toyota Ventures, Atreides Management, and Valor Equity Partners, alongside existing investors Sequoia Capital, Zeev Ventures, and Benchmark.
Private investors in the round include Andrej Karpathy, co-founder of OpenAI, former CEO of Walt Disney Michael Eisner, members of the Nintendo founding family, and gaming investor Moritz Baier-Lentz.
Decart raised $100 million at a $3.1 billion valuation in August 2025.
The funding brings Decart’s total capital raised to more than $450 million and follows the signing of strategic partnerships with two of the world’s largest technology companies: Amazon, which joined as a strategic customer, and NVIDIA, which is both an investor and business partner.
As part of its partnership with Amazon, enterprise customers will be able to use Decart’s technology for AI applications in media, commerce, advertising, and physical AI. The company said the collaborations position it among the leading players in real-time AI infrastructure and “world models” - systems designed to simulate and generate interactive digital environments.
In the coming weeks, Decart, founded in late 2023 by Dr. Dean Leitersdorf (CEO) and Moshe Shalev (CPO), both veterans of Israel’s elite Unit 8200, plans to launch new versions of its three core product lines: DOS, the company’s AI optimization layer; Lucy, a world model for real-time interactive video; and Oasis, a world model designed for physical AI and robotics simulations.
The company said it is already generating revenue through contracts with several of the world’s largest cloud providers, AI laboratories, and hyperscale companies. NVIDIA’s investment and the company’s collaboration with Amazon Web Services are intended to accelerate Decart’s infrastructure expansion and the development of large-scale real-time AI systems.
