WSC Sports acquires UK sponsorship platform Partnerbrite in $10 million deal
The sports-tech company is expanding into digital sponsorship management.
Israeli sports-tech company WSC Sports, which develops automated sports content systems, is acquiring British company Partnerbrite, a platform for managing digital sponsorships. The Partnerbrite team will join WSC Sports and bring extensive experience in sponsorship management, data analytics, and the monetization of sports content. The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the deal, though it is estimated to be worth around $10 million.
Partnerbrite will continue to operate under its existing brand as part of WSC Sports’ portfolio. Its platform provides digital sponsorship management tools to some of the world’s leading sports organizations, including Liverpool FC, Cricket Australia, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton Football Club, AEG, the Williams Formula 1 team, and the San Francisco 49ers.
As sponsorship increasingly shifts toward digital channels, brands are demanding flexibility, transparency, and measurability comparable to that of leading digital media platforms. The acquisition of Partnerbrite is intended to allow WSC Sports to provide the technological infrastructure required to meet these expectations.
Integrating Partnerbrite into WSC Sports’ platform will enable broadcast rights holders, including leagues, teams, and broadcasters, to manage large-scale sponsorship programs without complex manual processes. Through self-service tools, brands and agencies will be able to reach fans directly by linking real-time highlights from the field with automated content and targeted digital campaigns. According to the companies, this approach significantly reduces operational friction while enabling more personalized and effective digital sponsorship activations.
“The world of sports fandom is built on emotion and immediacy, but translating that engagement into measurable commercial impact has always been a challenge,” said Daniel Shichman, co-founder and CEO of WSC Sports.
WSC Sports works with more than 650 sports organizations worldwide, including the NBA, ESPN, YouTube TV, and La Liga. The company’s platform automates the creation, management, and distribution of customized sports content across digital channels.
Founded by Shichman, Hy Gal, Shmulik Yoffe, and Aviv Arnon, WSC Sports has raised approximately $150 million since inception. The company employs around 650 people across offices in Ramat Gan, New York, London, Sydney, Thailand, China, and Japan, with roughly 550 employees based in Israel.
