Israeli aerospace defense company ParaZero lands first U.S. government order
The Kfar Saba-based company saw its stock jump over 31 percent following the announcement of its defense contract with a U.S. federal entity.
Israeli aerospace defense company ParaZero Technologies has received its first order from a U.S. government entity. For ParaZero, which develops solutions for manned and unmanned aerial vehicles, the deal marks the first sale of its DefendAir counter-UAS product line to a U.S. federal customer.
Following the announcement on August 25, 2026, ParaZero's stock, which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker PRZO, went up by over 31 percent to close at $0.82, with trading volume expanding to more than 74 million shares.
“This first order from a U.S. government entity is particularly important for ParaZero because it reflects something much larger that we are seeing internationally,” said Ariel Alon, CEO of ParaZero.
“Governments and security organizations increasingly understand that the drone threat is no longer theoretical, and they are moving toward practical solutions to protect people, sensitive locations and critical missions.”
The order includes DefendAir net launchers, Net Pods and a dedicated on-site training program to be delivered by ParaZero personnel. As part of the order, ParaZero’s team will provide on-site practical training to the customer’s operators, supporting system familiarization, correct deployment and the development of operator proficiency through hands-on use.
“Counter-UAS capability is not created when a box arrives. It is created when trained operators can deploy the system confidently and act when seconds matter,” explained Alon.
ParaZero Technologies was co-founded by Ran Krauss, Amir Tsaliah, and Eden Attias in 2013. Krauss and Tsaliah co-founded the company following the foundation of another civil UAV service provider they started together, Bladeworx. Attias, also the company’s former CEO, is a retired Israeli Air Force pilot, who also served as the Israeli Ministry of Defense's first defense attaché to Canada.
In 2022, Israeli tech-focused holding company Xylo Technologies became a primary stakeholder in the company, which is headquartered in Kfar Saba.
The U.S. government entity sale follows ParaZero’s last significant purchase order for its DefendAir anti-drone defense technology in November 2025, which came from a Dutch distributor serving as a foothold into the broader Western European market.
