Visitt raises $22 million Series B to embed AI in commercial property operations
Startup reports 900% growth in managed square footage and aims to replace legacy systems.
Visitt, a platform designed to integrate artificial intelligence directly into commercial property operations, has raised $22 million in Series B funding from Susquehanna Growth Equity, alongside existing investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures.
The funding follows a year of rapid expansion for the company, which now serves over 150 customers and reports a 900% increase in managed square footage in 2025.
“Legacy systems were designed for a different era and can’t meet today’s operational expectations,” said Itay Oren, CEO and co-founder of Visitt. “Operators need speed, clarity, and real outcomes through a single interface with AI built into the operational core.”
Visitt’s platform consolidates functions that traditionally exist in fragmented commercial real estate systems, ranging from work orders, predictive maintenance, and compliance to tenant communications, equipment tracking, security, and financial management, into a single interface. The company claims that its AI-enhanced workflows leverage millions of operational data points and continuous feedback from on-site property teams to improve efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
According to Visitt, founded by Oren, Chief Technology Officer Idan Wender, and Chief Product Officer Jonathan Kroll, the platform delivers 2-3x improvements in property efficiency and response times, freeing teams from repetitive tasks and allowing them to focus on higher-value work. The company has also developed AI Agents to automate certificate of insurance management, multilingual communication, and other time-consuming processes.
