Former Salesforce, Wix and Spot.io executives raise $10 million for enterprise AI agent platform Tribal
Team8-backed startup aims to bring agentic AI into complex organizational environments.
Tribal, an Israeli startup developing a platform for deploying AI agents inside enterprise systems, has raised $10 million in a Seed round led by Team8, with participation from DYDX Capital and several angel investors, including Efi Cohen, former head of Salesforce’s Israel R&D Center.
The company has developed an AI agent platform designed for complex organizational environments, enabling enterprises to build, test, and deploy AI solutions directly within their core systems. Tribal currently employs about 15 people in Israel and already serves customers including ADAMA, ProDriven Brands, Dot Compliance, and WalkMe.
Tribal was founded in 2025 by CEO Yoav Kolodner, formerly VP of Engineering at Salesforce; COO Yakir Daniel, who previously built and sold Spot.io and Swordfish to NetApp and Huawei; and CTO Lior Sidi, who led AI teams at Wix.
The platform integrates AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems by understanding organizational structures, business context, and operational constraints. Each AI deployment undergoes testing, validation, and adaptation within production environments to ensure reliability and maintain organizational security standards.
“The transition to MCP-based architectures is gaining momentum across enterprises, increasing the need for AI agents that understand the organization like a highly experienced employee,” said Kolodner. “Tribal gives companies a practical way to become agent-driven organizations. The funding will help us deepen product development and build the infrastructure layer that enables AI to operate across organizational systems.”
