"Israeli tech delivers no matter what"
Sola Security co-founder Ron Peled says post-October 7 motivation and AI are driving the industry forward, even as Israeli companies have to work harder to prove themselves abroad.

Ron Peled, co-founder of Sola Security, has spent 25 years in cybersecurity. He spoke with CTech's Amy Shapiro at Calcalist's annual Tech1 conference at Expo Tel Aviv.
Peled said motivation in Israeli tech is higher than ever since October 7, and that together with the speed of AI, it is "doing good for the industry." He also discussed the tougher global atmosphere for Israeli companies, which he said now need to prove themselves more than before. He named self-motivation and continued innovation as the factors that will decide the sector's success over the next three to five years.
