Malam Team buys Foretech Software in multi-million-shekel cybersecurity push
Deal brings BeyondTrust's leading Israeli PAM partner under Malam's Software Products Division
IT and systems integration group Malam Team has announced the acquisition of Foretech Software, a company specializing in enterprise software solutions and information security, in a deal valued at tens of millions of shekels.
As part of the transaction, Foretech will become a subsidiary of Malam Team and join the group’s Software Products Division, which oversees the representation, distribution, and implementation of leading software solutions in cybersecurity, automation, information management, and enterprise infrastructure.
The acquisition is another step in Malam Team’s strategy to strengthen its position as an IT provider offering cybersecurity solutions in areas seeing growing demand among organizations in Israel and worldwide.
Foretech Software specializes in consulting, implementation, deployment, and support for advanced security solutions. One of its core assets is its position as a leading Israeli partner of BeyondTrust in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
