Navot Bar, CEO and co-founder of Keystone, spoke with CTech's Amy Shapiro at Calcalist's annual Tech1 conference at Expo Tel Aviv. Keystone is an infrastructure company with holdings in power plants, public transportation, telecom and data centers.
Bar said power generation and grid capacity are the real limit on how fast AI can develop. He warned that if Israel doesn't build that infrastructure quickly, hyperscalers will take their data centers to other countries. He added that AI infrastructure is "not a walk in the park" for players drawn in by the hype, and named talent and infrastructure as the two factors that will keep Israel on the edge.
