NIART Systems appoints Vicky Alman as CEO

NIART Systems, a company developing a radar and AI-based solution for railway, announced on Monday the appointment of Vicky Alman as its new Chief Executive Officer. Alman, who previously served as the company's VP of Business Development, assumes her role immediately and will lead NIART Systems into its next phase of growth.
This is a strategic leadership transition, where she succeeds an ELTA appointed active CEO for the transition period for served curve-out transition.
NIART Systems is developing a radar and AI-based system for railways designed to detect the unseen, by identifying and alerting to obstacles on railway tracks and providing real-time, long-range insights in all visibility conditions. It advances railway safety and digitalization by offering a solution that prevents train accidents, reduces delays, and accelerates the transition to safer, smarter, and more reliable train operations. The company was founded in 2024 and raised post-round A funding. It has 30 employees and is hiring.

Alman brings experience in the fields of technology and product management. Before joining NIART Systems, she held senior roles in system engineering development and management at Elta Systems (a subsidiary of IAI). Among her contributions, Alman was involved in the development of the Iron Dome system and other advanced air defense systems. She is a Technion graduate, holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
