Orca Security names Gera Dorfman Chief Product Officer
Dorfman joins Orca from Check Point, where he most recently served as Vice President of Network Security Products, leading global product strategy and the development of AI-powered network protection solutions.
Orca Security has announced the appointment of Gera Dorfman as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Dorfman joins Orca from Check Point, where he most recently served as Vice President of Network Security Products, leading global product strategy and the development of AI-powered network protection solutions. In his new role, Dorfman will help drive Orca’s continued expansion in the enterprise market, advancing the company’s mission to deliver unified, AI-driven cloud security at scale.
At Orca Security, Dorfman will guide the development of capabilities across the company’s AI-powered Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), unifying risk visibility, vulnerability management, and remediation automation in a single workspace.

Dorfman brings more than two decades of cybersecurity and product experience. During his tenure at Check Point, he played a central role in advancing the company’s cyber and AI security initiatives, including the launch of Check Point AI Cloud Protect, a collaboration designed to safeguard workloads and data in AI factory environments.
