Bagel AI nets $5.5 million in Seed to bridge product and go-to-market teams with AI
The startup's platform integrates directly into commonly used business tools, including Jira, Gong, Salesforce, and Zendesk, allowing teams to align more effectively without switching platforms.
Product intelligence platform Bagel AI has raised $5.5 million in Seed funding. The round was led by at.inc/ with participation from Demo Capital, Loyal VC, CS Angel, and several angel investors, including former Zoom CPO Oded Gal, CyberArk founder and executive chairman Udi Mokady, former Atlassian executive Sean Regan, Guy Horowitz, and Edward Filippi.
A graduate of Google’s AI First accelerator, Bagel AI is focused on solving the disconnect between product and go-to-market (GTM) teams. Its platform uses customer-specific AI models to turn scattered feedback, usage data, and internal reports into actionable insights. These insights help identify product gaps, customer pain points, and emerging trends, providing continuous visibility from feature conception through post-launch.
“As companies begin shifting away from a growth-at-all-cost mindset and instead focusing on smarter, more sustainable growth, Bagel AI is presenting a path to achieve this,” said Ohad Biron, CEO and Co-founder of Bagel AI. “The Bagel AI platform enables product and GTM teams to pinpoint, based on AI-driven intelligence, the type of solution their customer requires. This latest funding round is a vote of confidence in our ability to close the loop across a company’s various teams and turn dormant, undiscovered insights into a goldmine of customer-centric, revenue-growing solutions to tap into.”
Bagel AI integrates directly into commonly used business tools, including Jira, Gong, Salesforce, and Zendesk. This allows teams to align more effectively without switching platforms. According to the company, up to 70% of GTM strategies can falter due to team misalignment—a challenge Bagel AI aims to address head-on.
The company was founded in 2022 by Co-Founders Biron, Itai Danino (CTO), who was previously a Co-Founder and CTO of Meerkat and a Co-Founder of houseparty, and Yuval Nachman (CPO), a former SVP of Bizzabo. It has offices in Herzliya.
