Earth & Beyond Ventures expands leadership team with appointment of Tal Achituv as CTO
Previously Technical Director and CTO at Samsung Next, Achituv will lead the fund’s technical assessment activities, support portfolio companies in navigating complex technology and product decisions, and help identify breakthrough opportunities emerging from Israel’s scientific and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Earth & Beyond Ventures has appointed Tal Achituv as Chief Technology Officer. Previously Technical Director and CTO at Samsung Next and a graduate of the MIT Media Lab, Achituv brings extensive experience spanning deep technology, venture investing, and corporate innovation across a broad range of frontier fields, including AI, robotics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and quantum technologies.
In his new role, Achituv will lead the fund’s technical assessment activities, support portfolio companies in navigating complex technology and product decisions, and help identify breakthrough opportunities emerging from Israel’s scientific and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Prior to Achituv's arrival, Earth & Beyond also strengthened its portfolio management by appointing Naomi Krieger Carmy as VP Portfolio Management. A former Wall Street tech investment banker and Harvard graduate, she guided start-up funding and ecosystem development as VP at the Israel Innovation Authority, secured cross-border tech and business partnerships between Israel and the UK as Founding Director of the UK Israel Tech Hub, and co-founded Remedy CoLab to address AI-era trust challenges.
