NightDragon appoints Dorin Baniel as Partner, Israel
Baniel established the firm’s first international office in Tel Aviv in 2023 and drives investments across cybersecurity, defense, and emerging technologies.
NightDragon, the growth-stage venture capital firm founded by former McAfee and FireEye CEO Dave DeWalt, announced the promotion of Dorin Baniel to Partner, Israel.
Baniel brings more than a decade of investing experience and has played a central role in building and scaling NightDragon’s presence in Israel and the broader EMEA region. She established the firm’s first international office in Tel Aviv in 2023 and drives investments across cybersecurity, defense, and emerging technologies, including driving the firm’s quantum investment strategy.
Prior to joining NightDragon, Baniel served as Vice President at Glilot Capital Partners and held roles at Microsoft for Startups and Conversant, which was acquired for $2.3 billion. She holds an MBA from Reichman University and a BSc from the University of Illinois.
