lool Ventures appoints Maya Szutan-Azoulay as Partner

Szutan-Azoulay was previously a Principal at lool, and then went on to hold leadership positions at top tech companies including HiBob, Venn, and most recently as COO at EX.CO

Israeli early-stage fund lool Ventures has announced the return of Maya Szutan-Azoulay as a Partner. Szutan-Azoulay will focus on developing lool’s investment and platform strategy by bringing her years of experience both as an investor and as an executive at several leading technology companies.

Szutan-Azoulay has over 20 years of experience in executive positions focused on business development, strategy, and management. She was previously a Principal at lool, and then went on to hold leadership positions at top tech companies including HiBob, Venn, and most recently as COO at EX.CO where she led operations, corporate development, global expansion, and M&A opportunities. Szutan-Azoulay served in the Special Forces Unit in the IDF and graduated Cum Laude from Reichman University with a Degree in Law and Finance.

In 2021 lool announced a third fund of $100 million. lool’s portfolio includes Beewise, Flip, Lightico, Medisafe, NoTraffic, and Eleos, and has seen several successful exits including ZooZ acquired by PayU and MarketMan acquired by PSG.
