After winning Young Founder of the Year at Tech1, ALWAFD Group CEO Eli Said discusses empowering the next generation through education and his plans for expansion of his non-profit.

"The first thing, this award is for my team," stated ALWAFD Group Founder and CEO Eli Said, who took home the Young Founder of the Year award at the Tech1 Gala and Awards night. Speaking to CTech’s Amy Shapiro, Said explained his non-profit was "founded for teaching the young generation science and technology."
Looking ahead to 2027, Said revealed that ALWAFD Group is "planning a lot of programs" to scale its educational impact. Beyond the organisation's current initiatives, he also noted upcoming plans "for a bigger group, and to open a new company" specifically focused on the cybertech sector.
