Greenfield Partners appoints Ana Sudnik and Daniel Milstein as Partners
The promotions come as the investment firm expands its global Early Growth platform, which now manages more than $2 billion in assets across multiple funds and jurisdictions.
Greenfield Partners, the global Early Growth investor, announced on Tuesday that Ana Sudnik and Daniel Milstein have been appointed as Partners. The appointments reflect the central role each has played in building the institutional foundation underpinning Greenfield’s global Early Growth investment platform, which now manages more than $2 billion in assets.
"Leading by example has always been part of Greenfield's DNA. For seven years, Ana and Daniel have exemplified that, and they have been instrumental in building Greenfield into the institutional platform it is today," said Shay Grinfeld, Managing Partner. "What stands out most is that they lead with principle and integrity, holding themselves and those around them to the standards that define our firm. Daniel and Ana have become true partners to me and to the entire team, and their promotions formalize what has long been clear to anyone who has worked with them. We could not be more excited to continue building together."
Daniel joined Greenfield in 2019 as a Growth Investor and was part of the team that led Greenfield’s spinout into an independent firm. As the firm’s inaugural Director of Capital Formation, he built and scaled Greenfield’s capital formation function, shaping its strategy and developing the investor relationships, processes, and infrastructure that have supported its growth as a global investment platform.
As Partner & Head of Capital Formation, Daniel will continue to lead Greenfield’s capital formation strategy, deepen relationships with existing and prospective investors, and work closely with the broader team to ensure the firm has the long-term capital base and investor alignment required to partner with visionary Early Growth companies worldwide.
Ana joined Greenfield in 2020. As its inaugural CFO, she leveraged more than a decade of industry experience to build the financial and operational infrastructure, governance framework, and internal controls that enabled the firm’s evolution from a single-fund manager into a multi-jurisdictional investment platform with more than $2 billion in assets under management.
As Partner & Chief Financial Officer, Ana will continue to lead Greenfield's strategy and execution across its finance, operations, legal, and compliance functions, working closely with the broader team to strengthen the institutional standards required to support its investors, portfolio companies, and next phase of growth.
Greenfield’s portfolio includes companies such as VAST Data, valued at $30 billion, Capitolis, Coralogix, DoubleAI, Exodigo, Patronus, RobCo, Silverfort, and Torq, among others. Representative exits include DustPhotonics, acquired by Credo for more than $1.2 billion; Guardicore, acquired by Akamai for $600 million; Avanan, acquired by Check Point; and Planck, acquired by Applied Systems.
