KodeGlass CEO: “The cyber market is changing on a daily basis”

“The market is changing on a daily basis,” says Maayan Navon, CEO of KodeGlass. Speaking to CTech, Navon says the tumult in the cyber landscape is increasing as companies adopt multiple AI tools in environments with little control or oversight. KodeGlass’ aim is to afford developers an open environment to enjoy AI, “but at the same time to protect yourself,” she says.
Navon began her career in business development, selling homeland security, cyber, and other Israeli tech across the globe. She explained that she was drawn to KodeGlass after seeing the need identified by its founding team, who initially built the product to protect their own code. “We realized they have a huge market opportunity out there, and they asked me to jump in,” she says.
Navon explains that the company’s customer base includes SMBs, with demand largely coming from CEOs and CDOs looking to protect sensitive IP but lacking large data-loss-prevention budgets, or working with distributed development teams and therefore having limited visibility into day-to-day activity.
Until now, Navon told CTech at Calcalist’s 2025 Roadshow+, KodeGlass has been fully bootstrapped and “completely self-funded,” but is now entering a pre-Seed phase as it prepares to launch its alpha platform and bolster its marketing efforts. “A lot of companies out there are looking and seeking our solution,” she said, citing the company’s plans to advance its R&D and expand into both the American and Asian markets in 2026.
