lool Ventures appoints Haim Bachar as Venture Partner
Bachar brings with him over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, investment, and investment banking.
Early-stage venture capital fund lool Ventures announced the appointment of entrepreneur and investor Haim Bachar as Venture Partner. In his new role, Bachar will focus on identifying new investment opportunities, supporting entrepreneurs, and leading investment processes.
Bachar brings with him over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, investment, and investment banking. Early in his career, he served as an underwriter and head of financial products, leading IPOs, debt and equity capital raises for companies totaling tens of billions of shekels.
He later transitioned into the worlds of entrepreneurship and technology investments, becoming an early angel investor in several notable startups, including WalkMe (acquired by SAP), Granulate (acquired by Intel), ForwrdAI (acquired by Pendo.io), ReturnGo (acquired by Global-E), HourOne (acquired by Wix), and many others. Bachar also joined 6over6 as a founding partner, where he played a key role in building and scaling the company before its acquisition by 1-800 Contacts.
"I am excited to join lool Ventures, a fund that has proven itself as a true partner to entrepreneurs at the earliest stages of their journey," said Haim Bachar. "I believe entrepreneurship has the power to shape Israel’s economy and society, and I look forward to playing a part in discovering and supporting the next generation of founders."
Founded in 2012 by Yaniv Golan and Avichay Nissenbaum, lool Ventures manages $200 million in assets.
