Company Name: TuneMe
Sector: Digital Wellness
Product/Service description:
TuneMe is a digital health startup tackling the global mental health crisis with an AI-driven solution. The company has developed a unique technology that analyzes vocal biomarkers from a simple 10-second sample to assess the user's autonomic nervous system state. Based on this analysis, the app generates personalized vibroacoustic sound frequencies designed to stimulate the Vagus nerve – the body's relaxation command center.
Unlike generic meditation apps, TuneMe offers a passive, science-backed intervention that requires no active effort from the user. The technology provides immediate relief for stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders. In a recent clinical study involving participants suffering from PTSD and insomnia (including war evacuees), the platform demonstrated a 100% reduction in high-stress states, a 262% increase in physiological rest time, and significant improvements in PTSD and depression metrics.
TuneMe makes medical-grade mental resilience accessible to anyone, anywhere, using only a smartphone.

How was the idea born?
Dr. Motti Ratmansky met Itai Argaman, who had been using vibroacoustic therapy in his previous clinic with complex and expensive hardware. The combination of Motti’s clinical background and Itai’s background in audio technology revealed an opportunity to transform a powerful therapeutic method into a software-based solution that could be personalized with AI and delivered anywhere, without equipment. This connection sparked the vision for a scalable, accessible digital therapeutic powered by voice analysis.
What is the need for the product?
Stress, anxiety, depression and sleep disorders are rapidly increasing worldwide, yet access to mental-health treatment is limited, slow, and often expensive. TuneMe provides a fast, non-invasive, clinically validated therapeutic tool that can reduce stress and improve both mental health and sleep using nothing but the user’s voice.
How is it changing the market?
TuneMe shifts digital wellness from generic content to personalized, data-driven therapy. Instead of tracking symptoms like most apps, TuneMe actively treats them through a scientifically validated neuroacoustic method powered by AI voice analysis. This transforms passive monitoring into real therapeutic impact.
How big is the market for the product and who are its main customers?
The digital mental health market is expected to exceed 40 billion dollars by 2027, while the broader mental health market surpasses 400 billion dollars. Our primary customers are individuals seeking sleep and stress relief, healthcare organizations, insurers, HMOs, wellness programs, and employers offering mental-health support to their workforce.
Does the product exist already? If not - at what stage is it and when is it expected to hit the market?
TuneMe is fully deployed and commercially launched. It is available on the App Store and Google Play, operating in a freemium model with thousands of active users. It also has formal commercial collaborations with Isracard and the Living Club and is expanding globally.
Who are the main competitors in this sector and how big are they?
Competitors include clinical digital therapeutics such as Sleepio, wellness apps like Calm and Headspace, and nerve stimulators such as Pulsetto. However, none of them use AI-based voice biomarkers to deliver personalized neuroacoustic treatment This technological gap differentiates TuneMe.
What is the added value that the founders bring to the company and the product?
The founders combine expertise in medicine, audio engineering, AI and clinical research. Dr. Motti Ratmansky brings 25 years of clinical experience, while Itai Argaman has 15 years of experience in audio technology, including work with Google and Facebook. Together, they bridge science, technology and applied therapy with strong execution capabilities.
What will the money coming in from the round be used for?
Funds will support continued R&D, AI model expansion, additional clinical trials, commercialization in Europe and the US, regulatory pathways, and scaling teams in product, engineering and marketing. The primary focus is accelerating global distribution and strengthening our clinical and technological leadership.
In the "Startup Boarding Pass" section, CTech will cover the (relatively) small investments made in companies during the early stages of their existence - and the entrepreneurs and startups who have not yet had the opportunity to reveal their stories to the world. Please use the linked form and fill it out according to the guidelines. This form is intended for startups raising between $500,000 and $3 million from venture capital funds, angels, or official grants from Israeli and foreign institutions. If relevant, someone at CTech will be in touch for follow-up questions.
