The Elephant appoints Oded Harniv as Chief Information Officer
Harniv joins the Tel Aviv-based platform for private market liquidity and secondary share transactions.
The Elephant, a platform for private market liquidity and secondary share transactions, has announced the appointment of Oded Harniv as its new Chief Information Officer. In his role, Harniv will lead The Elephant’s technology strategy, overseeing data infrastructure, security, and innovation initiatives that support the company’s growing global marketplace.
He will focus on integrating AI, automation, and analytics to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the platform.

Harniv brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology leadership, specializing in digital transformation, cloud strategy, and data-driven decision-making. He holds a BA in Computer Science and an MBA from Richman University.
