Komodor appoints Ziv Harfenist as Chief Financial Officer
The software company has also promoted Yogev Goldis to Chief People Officer.
Komodor has announced the appointment of Ziv Harfenist as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Yogev Goldis as Chief People Officer (CPO).
Harfenist brings extensive experience in strategic financial management in high-tech companies. In recent years, he served as VP Finance and Operations at Aqua Security. Prior to that, he held senior finance leadership roles at Check Point and earlier led regional and EMEA finance teams at HPE. Ziv holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA with a specialization in Finance.
Goldis joined Komodor about four years ago as VP HR, where he led the company’s human capital growth to 100 employees today across Israel, USA, and Europe. Yogev holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Management, with a specialization in Organizational Consulting.
Komodor develops a platform for managing and operating cloud application infrastructure, designed for SRE, DevOps, Cloud, and Platform teams responsible for reliability, scale, and the operation of complex Kubernetes environments.
Komodor was founded in 2020 by Ben Ofiri, CEO, and Itiel Shwartz, CTO. The company has raised funding from investors including Accel, Felicis, NFX, Pitango, Tiger Global, Maor Ventures, and SquarePoint.
