Lipski joined 10D in 2022 after seven years at McKinsey & Company. The firm manages over $350 million across three funds.

Israeli venture capital firm 10D has announced the appointment of Emmanuelle Lipski to Partner. Lipski joined the fund in 2022 and has since played a key role in the firm’s investment activities and portfolio support.
Originally from Belgium, Lipski began her career at McKinsey, where she spent seven years advising global organizations. Her work focused heavily on the healthcare sector, supporting pharmaceutical, medical device, and digital health companies, as well as investors, on commercial growth strategies, advanced analytics, due diligence, and leadership support. In 2021, she relocated to Tel Aviv to work more closely with early-stage health tech companies.

Lipski holds a Master of Finance (MFin) from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in Statistics and Management with Honors from University College London.
“Over the past 4 years at 10D, I’ve had the opportunity to work with companies from the earliest stages, within a team that values conviction, close founder partnerships, and long-term thinking,” said Lipski. “I’m excited to take on this new role and continue working closely with founders through the challenges and opportunities of building enduring companies.”
Founded in 2019, 10D manages over $350 million across three funds. The firm’s portfolio includes more than 20 startups, featuring unicorns such as Weka, DriveNets, and Augury, alongside high-growth companies like Exodigo, Qbiq, C8, Mentee, OneStep, and Obligo. Lipski joins the partnership alongside Yahal Zilka, Rotem Eldar, Itay Rand, and Alon Kantor.
