Novee Security appoints Arad Offer as VP of Finance
Prior to joining Novee, he served as VP of Finance at Lightrun and Syte.
Israeli AI offensive security company Novee Security has appointed Arad Offer as VP of Finance. Offer will lead and scale the company’s finance organization, including financial planning, reporting, governance, investor relations, and capital strategy, as Novee expands its global operations.
Earlier this year, the company announced a $51.5 million funding round led by YL Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Oren Zeev (Zeev Ventures).
Offer brings more than a decade of finance leadership experience in high-growth SaaS and technology companies. Prior to joining Novee, he served as VP of Finance at Lightrun and Syte, where he built finance organizations for companies scaling internationally. Earlier in his career, he served as Controller at Intango and worked in Deloitte Israel’s high-tech audit practice.
Founded in 2025 by Ido Geffen, Gon Chalamish, and Omer Ninburg, Novee develops an AI offensive security platform that performs continuous penetration testing and simulates how real attackers operate. Its system is designed to uncover novel vulnerabilities, validate that they are exploitable, and provide remediation guidance tailored to the customer’s environment.
