Tamnoon raises $5.1 million Seed for assisted cloud remediation solution

The Israeli startup’s AI-augmented managed service combines human expertise with technology to help teams quickly and safely remediate their cloud risks

Tamnoon, which provides assisted cloud remediation services, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $5.1 million in Seed funding. The funding was led by cyber investors Merlin Ventures and Secret Chord Ventures, with participation from Elron Ventures, Inner Loop Capital, and toDay Ventures.

According to the company, its customer base has grown 326% since Q1 2023. The multinational entertainment and record label conglomerate Warner Music Group is a new customer that uses Tamnoon to provide assisted cloud remediation services to its DevSecOps team.
Tamnoon also announced on Tuesday the appointment of Ran Nahmias as Chief Business Officer and Jonathan (Yoni) Lebowitsch as Vice President of Technical Services.
Nahmias brings significant cybersecurity experience to Tamnoon, having previously served in strategic enterprise growth leadership roles at Check Point Software, Aqua Security, Microsoft, and most recently, Cyberpion, an attack surface management company he co-founded.
Lebowitsch joins Tamnoon with multiple decades in cybersecurity product and sales engineering roles spanning organizations such as Check Point, Medidata Solutions and Imperva.
Nahmias and Lebowitsch join an executive team that includes CSPM/CNAPP industry veterans Marina Segal, CEO and Co-Founder; Idan Perez, CTO and Co-Founder; and Zohar Alon, Chairman.
