“It’s an amazing opportunity to be an HR professional in such times. Like the industrial revolution of these days,” said Keren Raphael, Head of People and Places at Intuit Israel. “It puts an emphasis on our role as change leaders.”
Speaking to CTech at Calcalist’s Israel Growth Conference as part of its “HR in the AI Era” series, Raphael explained that AI has brought “a huge change” across the company, driven “by leadership, top-down, by the employees themselves, bottom-up… by HR as a partner [and] by the Learning and Development organization.”
To help employees stay ahead of this seismic shift, Intuit is now building AI into “the role definition, or the role rubrics, as we call it, of each employee,” with access to tools and “a playground to experiment in empowering themselves.”
When it comes to hiring, Raphael added: “We are looking at skills, at your mindset, who you are. Are you curious? Are you a ‘builder’, as we call it. We are all into ‘builder’ culture.”
