“AI is doing this”: HiBob’s Global Talent Lead on how the AI revolution is transforming recruitment
Speaking to CTech at the Israel Growth Conference, Cohav Nir, Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at HiBob, explained how a vision from the company’s leadership has prompted the embrace of AI as an engine for greater productivity, streamlined hiring processes, and a stronger position in the market.

“People with AI knowledge will replace people without AI knowledge before the AI will ultimately replace people,” said Cohav Nir, Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at HiBob.
Speaking to CTech at Calcalist’s Israel Growth Conference as part of its “HR in the AI Era” series, Nir explained how HiBob is embracing the AI revolution both internally and in its products, driven by “our management and definitely CEO’s vision to integrate AI in whatever we do.”
“One side is to enable the employees to work with AI to maximize the potential of productivity and efficiency,” Nir continued. On the other side, HiBob is striving “to embed more AI features within our product.”
When asked how AI has transformed her own recruiting domain, Nir said her team now uses more than 10 AI tools to improve the experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, offering the example: “We’re not writing job descriptions. AI is doing this.”
